Good news! Backerkit has reviewed and approved our request, and shipping is locked. The survey will not ask you for your credit card details unless you've added on items in Backerkit. As a result, international orders will still be handled as they have been in the past where international backers will be invoiced for actual shipping to prevent overcharging. If you have any issues, please feel free to reach out to [email protected] as we navigate the bumps of fulfilling a huge campaign. Thanks again for all your support!

SURVEYS are out for everyone who paid in full! For the past several campaigns we have used Backerkit as our method of fulfilment for surveys. However, we have been alerted to a concern:
BACKERKIT NEW FEATURE / SHIPPING.
Backerkit has a new feature where the shipping rates are not set until the project is ready to ship, ostensibly to account for shipping rates changing between pledging and fulfillment.
You will note on your survey shipping is showing as CREDIT for the amount you paid and then says in the shipping that it will be charged later. (Very confusing). Credit means you have already paid it. (Note: So unless you are an international backer that is getting calculated shipping, you will not be charged extra).
Backerkit is asking for a card to keep on file in case shipping ends up being more than your credit (which we didn't realize that it would do with this new feature), but we are not charging you more. We are absorbing the extra shipping costs!
We've put in the request for Backerkit to apply the rates that were charged through Kickstarter and lock the shipping. It says it could take up to 24 hours for them to review the request. If you would like to wait until then before filling out your survey, please do. We totally understand not wanting to enter payment info on something you've already paid for but please know - we have no intention of charging more for shipping even if rates go up.

Hey Guys!
This is a quick note to say thank you so much for all of your love and support for Niobe and the legends of Asunda, and also for myself, Darrell, Josh, Quincy, Rick Justin, Xavier, Sam, and the entire Stranger Crew!
We worked very hard on this campaign, and were faced with a lot of adversity, but today I want to celebrate with you guys who are the absolute rock stars of Stranger Comics.
I am going to take this day to reflect on this wild journey, and prepare for the one to come.
CREDIT CARDS - There are over 70 cards that declined. That's usually a bank being protective, or there was a typo, or it's international. Please make sure you tell your bank you are good to go :) Kickstarter will try your card for 7 days. Then it will show as ERROR.

If you’ve grabbed a Reward and want any ADD ON, whether it is an ADD ON item, or another Reward, they’re in the ADD ON section.
COMPUTER:
Click "Manage Your Pledge," top of your page on a computer - then click "Change Your Pledge" (DO NOT CLICK CANCEL), then click on your current level listed again. This will take you to the ADD ON section. (Do NOT click "Pledge With No Reward).
On a computer scroll down to select the ADD ONS you want. If the ADD ON you want is not listed add the cost of it to the BONUS SUPPORT field next to Continue to Payment right of your screen (on phones Bonus Support is at the bottom of ADD ON page). Bonus support is in addition to your pledge level will show up as credit on the survey that you allocate to anything else you want.
PHONE APP:
Click “Manage,” at bottom of Pledge View then click the three dots at top right, then the “Edit Pledge” or "Edit Reward" depending on your platform, then choose your reward again. That will take you to the ADD ONS section to get your other goodies or Bonus Support to apply as credit.
